I would say that the job did require a little ‘thinking outside the box’ and maybe some proactivity would have been welcome to find the right solutions for things that would pop up. After hiring Petru, it was very clear from the offset of the project that he was a very patient individual with high attention to detail and a good listener. As a individual who pays great attention to detail myself, it was very important to me that I received this same level of service from the person hired to work for me, I was not disappointed with Petru. He listened to all I had to say, answered all questions before and during the project and was not satisfied until I was more than 100% happy with the job that was done. After conversations with Petru it was a much better idea to replace the posts instead of correcting their vertical line as they were not straight along the entirety of the row of posts. He was so meticulous with the work that he also impressed my neighbors, so much so that 2 of them hired him for other works within their homes. This was also the same for me. I rehired Petru to build and complete a patio in the garden with a soak-away. Once again I was very impressed with his attention to detail and charisma whilst completing this project for us. He made sure at every step we were happy with his work and the way the Patio was being shaped and constructed. We only have good things to say about Petru as he went above and beyond my expectations. He worked rain or shine and always had a smile. I'm happy to say that he is my builder going forward for other jobs in the future and I am happy to personally recommend him to anyone else should they require it.

Freddy and team were really easy to deal with, very professional builders! The guys started putting up the panels that came with the garden room ( on the walls and ceiling) and when they had almost finished I changed my mind lol! I decided plasterboard would look better, I was expecting some sort of moan as most builders would do but Freddy said, no problem at all we’ll do that for you! They then had to undo most of the work they had done, except the insulation then put up the plasterboard. I was especially impressed when Jon even managed to turn up during the snow period, I was expecting a cancellation at this stage. When the job was complete and I had paid we found an issue so called Freddy. Freddy then came back to the job and rectified the issue within a day!!! I was so surprised as builders would usually fob you off as they’ve already been paid! Not these guys, they are real professionals! I will definitely be using Freddy & team for other jobs!
