I only repair stairs, I'm a specialist in this field, I'm not like a lot of tradesmen , kitchen one day, laminate flooring the next, JUST STAIRS, and good old fashioned value. Thank you Chris

As far as joinery work goes it was quite straight forward but as I live about 70 miles from this rented property I decided to subcontract. Big mistake. Sam is completely inexperienced. Ordinarily you would give a young person starting out encouragement but in his case he will take payment and block you after lying that the job is all done. It was far from done. He lacks the basics of using correct rawl plugs and screws, How to level and fix a casing. He is out of his depth when needing to strip back and build out, flush and level. I would say if he never touched my job I would be in a better position as I had to undo and fit myself. Took me about an hour. You can learn with experience but you can’t teach basic integrity and I wouldn’t hire Sam to hang a picture frame.Latest review:
