Pleasant chap, very friendly. However, scheduling was difficult as he was only available some weekends and evenings, which wasn’t mentioned when quoting. Unfortunately, the work was not completed to a good standard. We have been left with a lock that does not work properly and draught proofing that is ineffective. The issues were explained, but no resolution or offer to rectify them was provided - only requests for payment.

We hired Tom and TPW Developments to convert our underutilised garage into a playroom, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of work was excellent, and Tom offered ideas and suggestions we hadn't even thought of that really enhanced the final outcome. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire project. Tom kept us updated every step of the way, especially when bad weather caused some unavoidable delays. That's really all you can ask for when things outside anyone's control impact the timeline. Tom and his team went above and beyond to get everything tied up before Christmas, just as promised. We're absolutely delighted to have the playroom ready for the kids to enjoy over the holidays.
