Exceptional Professional - Highly Recommended for Fire Door Repairs! I am absolutely impressed with the service provided. I had a complex fire door issue (Ref: FRA report) involving specific gap requirements (2-4mm) and a faulty handle. From the start, the communication was clear and professional. Unlike other contractors who suggested expensive replacements, he was incredibly honest—he fixed my existing handle by replacing a missing part instead of charging me for a new one. This level of integrity is rare to find. He adjusted the hinges using fire-rated pads to ensure full compliance with building regulations. He also provided professional photos and a job report for my management company. He was super communicative, efficient, really tidy (bagging up the old fences nicely) and gave great advice on what I needed to order beforehand as the width of the fence posts was slightly wider than standard. I’m very happy! I would definitely use him again
