Alex did what I asked and did a great job installing the awning. He also installed a metal shed and put up a beam to cover part of a wall. Overall, the work was good, although a few small details were missed in the shed, which seemed to be due to a lack of attention to detail. I found the price a little expensive, but overall I’m happy

Rui carried out a very neat job fitting some custom made cupboards in a very awkward sized hall space. He made sure to take really great care of the surroundings in order to do no damage. Very thorough and always polite, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I chose Fayn as it provides detailed breakdown on a written quote, similar way of quote for large construction project. I hire it to do two two jobs - #1 repair previous flush light damage; #2 repair painting hook holes. I am happy with the job #1 but job #2 could have done better. For job #1, he has kept the place clean and tidy, ceiling area near flush light becomes smooth and nice. He is polite. For job #2, I was hoping to hide the tiny painting hook holes but they end up enlarged marks on wall. I must say the paint color I got isn’t quite matching, also a matter of new and old paint. I would appreciate him letting know me the color isn’t right after applying to the first hook instead applying to all, as well as using a smaller brush for tiny holes. He helps finding solutions by mixing paint. But every touch up just extends the area, so I had to tell him to start small for testing. He tried hard to make the mark less obvious.

Sonny was prompt and transparent in communication. He stopped by first to assess the job and ensure he was comfortable taking on the work required - installing a new light fixture in our dining room and a very complicated beading against our bottom step which had a rounded edge. He displayed some great carpentary skills on the installing of the beading on the edge with patience to make 15+ cuts to make the round shape complete. We needed some flexibility on scheduling and he was happy to accomodate. The day he came to complete the job he was well prepped and had a plan making the job go quite well. He even communicated throughout the job to ensure we had visibility on what he was planning and making sure it was aligned to our vision. Overall a positive experience and I would work with Sonny agai - in fact planning on using him for another job in the coming weeks.

Mark came to fix 2 door handles that we're faulty on some internal doors. He was very flexible and always willing to work around my schedule even if it inconvenienced him. Although the job was more tricky than he first thought, mark showed excellent perseverance and demonstrated his great problem solving ability. I Will always use mark from now on. Very reliable and didn't break the bank! 10/10

He conducted his work efficiently and effectively and made sure that he undertook to make the site clean and tidy after he had completed the task.
