Rich has been amazing. His communication before and during the job has been quick and thorough, and he has been helpful and knowledgeable when helping me order materials. Rich is punctual and works hard whilst on site. He has a wide knowledge base and can turn his hand to all the jobs that I've needed doing in my house renovation. He has also been happy to teach me knew skills along the way and does so in a patient and productive manner. I would highly recommend Rich and I will certainly be asking him to help on my next project

I decided to build a garden room and received a number of quotations from various builders. I decided to go with Rod Hall of Lux Building Services for a number of reasons. 1. On meeting Rod me and my wife felt very comfortable and Rod discussed our plan in fine detail, in addition Rod introduced ideas of his own which had no cost implication but did in fact improve the final plan. 2. Rod was very fair and honest with his costings and this was confirmed at the completion of the project (no hidden costs). 3. Rods attention to detail and work ethic was outstanding and kept me and my wife informed throughout the project. 4. The materials used were of the highest quality sourced at the best price so we had no complaints. All in all a pleasure to have had Rod take on our project and we are more than pleased with the results......a very good job to a very high standard. I would without a doubt recommend Lux Building Services to family and friends. Pete.
