Luca and his team were superb all the way through and handled the job brilliantly. From the initial quote, Luca was warm and friendly and gave me every confidence in the project. My precise needs and requirements were evaluated before anything happened, and Luca came up with some great ideas to maximise the result of the build. The whole process was smooth from start to finish with regular updates on progress. The final result was outstanding, I couldn't be any happier! Excellent quality workmanship and nothing was too much trouble. Luca's team are so good to work with, Walter was an absolute pleasure and was incredibly kind and respectful (I have a young daughter and nothing noisy was done during nap times!). The project cost stayed exactly to quote too. I hope to work with GS Build & Design again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!
