Marius started yesterday Wednesday with assembling the tent shed. He completed the rest of the other tasks this Thursday evening. He's provided creative solutions to some problematic broken furniture which was impressive. He helped move my stuff into the tent carrying all the heavy stuff. He helped sort some clutter. He patiently did the tasks he was asked to do. However because it was raining he didn't paint the deck. He demonstrated knowledge and some professionalism in the carpentry work. However I encourage him not to nitpick no matter how cheap the quality of a thing is.

Everyone involved in the job were a pleasure to work with throughout. They were timely, professional and friendly at all stages. They visited the property and gave a quote in writing the following day. They arrived on time and finished the job within the timeframe set out within the quote. They were more than happy to respond to any additional queries we had throughout the process and their quote was more than reasonable considering the work involved. The finished product was exactly what we were looking for and they left the property as clean as it was before they started the work. Orlando and team were absolutely incredible, I can’t recommend them more highly. They built a bookshelf, repaired some tiles around a radiator and painted my hall and wooden stairs, as well as some doors. They did a beautiful and careful job (there was ALOT of prep work needed on the walls prior to painting), were brilliant at communicating, always on time to the nearest minute and generally a 10/10 experience (and I’ve had some bad ones). I was nervous due to them being new to My Builder with only a few reviews, but they provided me with email references, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Orlando and team! You really were brilliant. 5 stars all round.

We used Spencer to build a large garden shed. From the beginning Spencer was prompt, professionally and easy to deal with. His quote was competitive and he started the works when he said we would. Despite the works taking longer than expected (British weather) Spencer didn't grumble, try to increase his price or compromise on the quality of his work. Spencers commitment to making sure the customer is truly happy is a rare trait in contractors these days. The work he did far exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended him to several friends and would happily use for future works.
