I’ve just passed my cscs card I have a blue one I drive and have all 110v power tools. The work completed by was sub standard and is not complete. All but one door was replaced, however hinges and handles were not secured correctly resulting in doors and handles now hanging off. The final door was deemed large so needed to be custom built but the carpenter never returned and is not returning my messages despite taking the majority of the money

I had a loft hatch fitted but after a few days the door was no longer flush with the ceiling. The base of the ladder was also catching on the frame so wouldn’t open properly. On closer inspection there are some screws which haven’t been tightened. A section of the ladder does not align which according to the instruction manual is not correct. There should have also been two springs fitted which he didn’t fit at all. I spoke to him asking him to come back which he agreed but never showed. He then ignored all my attempts at contacting him. Awful job and also he didn’t take responsibility for his shoddy workmanship. I have attached photos for proof.
