Mark came to fix 2 door handles that we're faulty on some internal doors. He was very flexible and always willing to work around my schedule even if it inconvenienced him. Although the job was more tricky than he first thought, mark showed excellent perseverance and demonstrated his great problem solving ability. I Will always use mark from now on. Very reliable and didn't break the bank! 10/10

What can I say I was a novice re diy Kris came over and measured up re my flooring he came to do the job in April after sending me a quote I was happy with he turned up everyday on time and finished the job exactly when he said he would I have had some bad experiences In the past with workmen not turning up leaving a job half finished I cannot recommend Kris enough he has restored my faith thanks again Kris I will be in touch regarding my next project Also last but not least a big thanks to lee who was also very good they left my house lovely and tidy as well so thanks very much . Brilliant job and brilliant price. The plank was huge and heavy so needed more than a few screws to fix it to the brickwork in a neat and secure way. Detailed quote and advice. Ended up doing more work than quoted for just to do a better job but charged no extra. If you want a reliable honest carpenter then choose this guy You can't go wrong Judge him by his visit and quote and you wont go wrong

Alex is amazing. He is not just my builder, but also the project manager for the whole house renovation, and has guided me through setting and keeping to a game plan, choosing and working with suppliers to do services (from choosing kitchen units, rubbish collection services, plumbing and electrician), buying materials, doing the renovations, and teaching me how to do tasks (painting walls) as well. He is professional, constructive, friendly and trustworthy. I absolutely recommend him!

Florin was great to work with, punctual, careful and clearly took pride in what he does. The location of the door changed on the first day due to the presence of a gas main. Florin happily renegotiated the works given it was now going to be less complicated and pressed on same day. We will certainly be contacting florin for future works.

Two things about George. Firstly his quality of work is excellent including good attention to detail and care with tidying/cleaning at the end of each day. Secondly, he communicates well both before and during the job - for example mid-way through this project there was a choice of how to do something, and he asked me rather than making a unilateral decision. Orlando and team were absolutely incredible, I can’t recommend them more highly. They built a bookshelf, repaired some tiles around a radiator and painted my hall and wooden stairs, as well as some doors. They did a beautiful and careful job (there was ALOT of prep work needed on the walls prior to painting), were brilliant at communicating, always on time to the nearest minute and generally a 10/10 experience (and I’ve had some bad ones). I was nervous due to them being new to My Builder with only a few reviews, but they provided me with email references, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Orlando and team! You really were brilliant. 5 stars all round.
