His carpentry skills weren't that good at 70 years old his door hanging wasn't good. I had to reposition both doors as hinges squeaking due to dot being square to the frame, also on drilling for catches he came through the side. I suggested if he had the door jigs like door hangers have it wouldn't have happened. I accepted a £20 reduction due to the catch error.

Mark arrived on time and stayed there until the job was completed which was done in the timescale quoted. Very skilled in all aspects of renovation as you would expect of a time served tradesmen. He ended up doing a lot more work than originally posted this included- replace rotten floor joists and floor boards, lay laminate flooring, fit new skirting, trim and hang new doors, plaster extra rooms and areas where the plaster had blown. Mark was happy to do these extras and at a very reasonable cost. I was kept in regular contact and received pictures of progress throughout the job, as I wasn't at the property I had no worries in giving him a set of keys and he kept an eye on the other tradesmen working there also. Extremely happy with the work done at my property renovation and I will definitely be using on my next project....will also be recommending to family and friends!

William did an excellent job It was quite a challenging task and several other joiners said it was too difficult to undertake. It is a 20 year old, bespoke two storey hardwood bay with laminated glass. The main vertical columns and the cills had rotted so the task was to replace the rotten sections with new. If this wasn't challenging enough, there was the matter of the glazing which I was expecting would blow. William and his colleague Chris turned up on a day when the rain didn't stop so it was far from ideal working environment. They very carefully removed the glass, replaced the sections and the glass and stained it to match existing. I think this needed both skill and care and am delighted with the result. I would highly recommend them both.

Annoyed that the finish wasn’t great not good first time, but he apologised and fixed it, it’s now beautiful !! Very tidy and polite
