We are absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Simon. From start to finish he truly went above and beyond. He did an incredible job for us: from creating a new doorway to re-laying flooring throughout, building bespoke cupboards and much more. He worked with our loose visual references and translated them exactly as we hoped, and came up with great solutions. First he asked for more money for fitting fire doors than he quoted originally which i agreed. Finally 20 mins past the meeting time at the property and 100's of calls to this contractor, he messaged me saying he can't come as something happened, and that's it. Please don't waste your time after this greedy and no-show contractor, he's good for nothing.

Connell knew exactly what he was doing when fitting the tongue and groove panelling in our Edwardian property and understood the effect we were keen to achieve. He provided all materials, was very polite, worked diligently and cleanly and the panelling was finished to a high standard. He was flexible about working around the schedule of our bathroom fitters and completed the job on budget. I'd certainly recommend him for similar work.
