Absolute Disaster - Avoid This Rogue Builder At All Costs! I have never encountered such an incompetent rogue builder in my life. What was promised as a 2-week build turned into a 3-month nightmare, and the project is still an absolute disaster. The quality of work is shocking: Structural Issues: They fitted the completely wrong glass doors, meaning we cannot even access the building. Zero Insulation: No insulation was installed under any part of the floor. Damaged Flooring: The floorboards are already lifting and coming up. Terrible Finishing: The interior plastering is incredibly poor and messy. Severe Water Damage: The damp-proof course was simply cut off and left exposed under the decking. Every time it rains, it turns into a swimming pool underneath the structure. To make matters worse, the owner completely disappeared once things went wrong. When you finally catch up with him, he resorts to extreme verbal abuse rather than fixing his mistakes.

Andrew and his labourer were very friendly and easy to talk to. Andrew was the first person to give a very reasonable quote, communication was good throughout, and the job was completed very quickly. Hoovered and tidied up after the work was completed. Very happy with the new stair rail.

We hired Steve to replaced a bathroom we had done previously by a complete cowboy. I’m so glad that we choose Steve for the job, he did the most amazing work him and his small team. They tiled and fitted 3 bathrooms to a very high standard and fitted our kitchen & utility. He rectified all the things that the previous builder didn’t finish and had left in extremely poor quality. New doors fitted and staircase completed. All done with the highest standard at a fantastic price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and definitely use him again. He is very professional & highly skilled, him and his team very committed and extremely tidy.
