I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I initially hired you to fix a leak, but the same issue reoccurred just a month later. When I contacted you, you said will go on a Monday and didnt turn up, when I sent you several messages after a week you said you were in the hospital, which I completely understood and respected. However, weeks later you promised to return on a Thursday to check the problem, and you never showed up or contacted me to explain. Since then, you’ve ignored my messages entirely. This lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with ongoing issues in someone’s home.

I am happy to be able to give Pierre his first review on My Builder.... I was really pleased to find Pierre. He is such a nice person, very honest, punctual and hard working. From initially wanting someone to build a small cupboard in our attic, the job grew... he also helped us lay a floor and put down some laminat in the attic. His back ground in architecture was very helpful as he raised questions and consequently influenced the design of the space to something different and better than we would otherwise have done. He can turn his hand to anything; we've already had him back to hang a door and build some shelves. We are very pleased with the jobs he did.
