Luan and his colleague were very accommodating at the last minute. They returned to carry out further works, once identified, and spent a good deal of their time waiting around while there were complications due to another part of the larger job (remedy of damage caused by rot). They did not charge anything additional to the quote initially given despite this. Luan was reasonably priced and did a good job, within certain constraints that were out of his control. He and his colleague were particularly clean and tidy, which was really appreciated, considering it was a tricky job and there were a number of contractors to manage at the same time. Would recommend for general building works.

Very professional and honest team of brothers. He visited our house, discuss our needs and took proper measurements. Later he provide us the design and advised us not to change the stair case as it would be against the regulations the way we want it since there was not enough space. They didn’t charge us for quotation and advice.
