Ivan ended up installing a nice new neat bathroom instead of a new kitchen. He even helped to obtain a quote for the new kitchen unit. Tosum knows so much about every aspect of building it has been very helpful to get advice on what was needed & more. I am very pleased w the work done - particularly the laying of an eng. hardwood floor. Also, requesting extra tasks - I added radiator removal - was accommodated well. Everything was well organised and work done to a high standard.
