Hello my name is chris Ive been in the building trade for 15years plus Over those years ive acquired a variety of skills from carpentry to whole bathroom/kitchen fitting, there is no job too small! Weather its a new laminate floor and skirtings, a kitchen splashback to tile, or Whole bathroom refits. I would also consider myself a flat pack guru, most hate building out the box, but I find it strangely therapeutic. External works also carries out, fencing,landscaping, raised flowerbeds (sleepers) etc I also offer free quotes on all jobs. All works completed to a standard i would expect in my own home.

Scott completed the work to my complete satisfaction. Additional tasks were suggested by Scott to achieve the quality of finish. He fitted insulation under all the flooring which I had not thought of. He removed the Bath and Toilet and fitted new vinyl covering on the new flooring. Shirting boards were replaced. The bannisters were loose which he repaired Scott kept me informed as the job progressed and I am very pleased with the result I will be hiring Scott to carry out some additional tasks in the New Year

Some of the main developments we have done is a plot of 5 houses with 6 student flats in Portsmouth, a block 17 flats in Fareham, The interior fit out of 9 houses in Botley and two million pound houses in Emsworth. Amongst these we have done many refurbishments and smaller domestic jobs.We are also approved bathroom and kitchen installers for wicks (the DIY store).

Luke and your builder ltd done our back and side utility room. Even though we’ve had lockdown and COVID 19 they done a great job. I’ve used your builder ltd a few times and the quality of work is of the highest order. What they quoted before they started is what I paid. Couldn’t be happier with the end product. Completely transformed our house. Would highly recommend them.
