Thorneycroft made every effort & did, with mutual consent, improve their commencement date to meet our initial request. They also understood our requirements & assisted with selecting the materials to suit. They were also one step ahead with ideas which shall assist with future anticipated work within the garden. All in all, they were very proactive & made every effort to ensure that we were happy with things as the project progressed. We have ended with a quality job within an agreeable budget.

Im sure if Julian ever got round to doing the job it would be very well done. However having accepted his quote I kept him updated whilst the custom doors were being manufactured and delivered on Dec 13th last year. He said that he would try to fit the job in before Xmas but couldn't. I completely understand that this was short notice and not possible. However I have not been able to get it scheduled since. This has delayed completion of a much larger project. If you don't want to do it Julian please don't quote.

The fitter was punctual and clearly very experienced. The quality of the installation is excellent — units are perfectly aligned, worktops finished neatly, and all appliances fitted seamlessly. I can only say what a 1st class company Kirk Sandall Joinery is. Phil responded to my cry for help with a totally stuck swollen side gate and arrived within an hour. He identified and solved and completed the task within an hour. Can’t say enough about how professional and efficient the company is. Will recommend them to anyone.

Firstly after been let down on 2 seperate dates the job commenced. Not a great experience as only half done. 1 bedroom door doesnt stay closed and another door doesnt close at all! Had to rush off to another job so drilled holes in the doors for handles but not for the bathroom door locks. Did take less of a payment but even still should have been done properly. I have sent a message to Josh but he has chosen to ignore me so i would not recommend using.
