I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I initially hired you to fix a leak, but the same issue reoccurred just a month later. When I contacted you, you said will go on a Monday and didnt turn up, when I sent you several messages after a week you said you were in the hospital, which I completely understood and respected. However, weeks later you promised to return on a Thursday to check the problem, and you never showed up or contacted me to explain. Since then, you’ve ignored my messages entirely. This lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with ongoing issues in someone’s home.

Sonny was prompt and transparent in communication. He stopped by first to assess the job and ensure he was comfortable taking on the work required - installing a new light fixture in our dining room and a very complicated beading against our bottom step which had a rounded edge. He displayed some great carpentary skills on the installing of the beading on the edge with patience to make 15+ cuts to make the round shape complete. We needed some flexibility on scheduling and he was happy to accomodate. The day he came to complete the job he was well prepped and had a plan making the job go quite well. He even communicated throughout the job to ensure we had visibility on what he was planning and making sure it was aligned to our vision. Overall a positive experience and I would work with Sonny agai - in fact planning on using him for another job in the coming weeks.

Tom and his colleague Konrad were fantastic They came round 3 times prior to undertaking the work to discuss exactly what we wanted To achieve and meticulously planned it out. They were prompt on the delivery of the work and even came back twice after to ensure the painting was perfect. On top of this they are both absolutely top guys who were easy to get on with and very transparent regarding costs We’ve already booked additional work and would highly recommend these guys to friends and family.
