Callum recently supplied and fitted 3 new bedroom doors for us and we’re really happy with the result. Unfortunately, I was unexpectedly called into a meeting on the day he was due to arrive, but Callum was completely trustworthy and just let himself in and got on with the job. It was nice coming back to find everything completed and left tidy. Reliable, professional, and easy to deal with — we’d definitely recommend him.

Absolutely horrible experience. Promised a job to complete in 1 week and took almost 2 months, and then left incomplete and the guy disappeared. Haven’t been let down like this ever before. Constant lies and excuses. Workers don’t show up, don’t have any professional qualification or experience. Basically handymen taking a stab at every trade of work. Workers also don’t speak English so all communication is broken. The main person Marek showed up to the job first 2 days and then left it all to his workers. One of the trade workers was smoking in our apartment, one got hostile when asked not to do something. Upon searching the history of the person, seems like they have started and closed many companies before. I will be raising this to trade standards. Leaving this feedback so others don’t get scammed like we did

Stewart sounded good and we were impressed that he has taken on an apprentice so we arranged for him to come and do work he quoted for. On the day arranged he did not arrive at the time we agreed. After an hour we started contacting him and eventually he called to say he had gone to another job instead. We are very disappointed about this as he seemed very good when he came to quote. We have found someone else to do the work at short notice because we have deadlines and a 200 mile round trip to let tradespeople in to the house.
