What can i say. Took a chance with zero reviews. Met Mark and instantly got on and could tell he was trustworthy and knew his stuff. Ended up using his skills for a few projects in one. The guy never rests, work is faultless and to be entirely honest he became a part of the family in a way, my youngest when the door goes always says "its Mark" will 100% use again if needed. No hidden parts costs 100% breakdown of everything. Can be trusted in your house, can be trusted with the work and can be trusted to give you above and beyond what you want out of a project.

We can thoroughly recommend Henry from Synergy Construction. His quote was very competitive . The double side extension was completed within the timescale given and within budget and to a very high standard. Henry kept us up to date at every stage of the build and was happy to answer queries and offer suggestions. Overall we found Henry very friendly and approachable .Henry made every effort to keep our neighbours informed and built a good rapport with them which made the process much less stressful. Henry always turned up when he said he would and towards the end of the build was working 10 hour days as well as weekends to get the build complete. Henry also sourced a great kitchen deal for us. At the end of the build the site was left clean and tidy.

We also have vast experience in insulation and Eco. We work closely with other trades to ensure we can cover the whole package off any job. We are a close knit group off lads who have all worked together for a long period and knew eachother even longer. We got tired off working on our separate jobs and relying and waiting on other trades in order to complete task so decided to set up together to ensure we can complete the whole job. Company is headed up by Joe who has worked in construction for 15 years, he worked on the tools for 10years before taking a step into site management for a large company based in the north west, before setting up his business. I had an old tiled roof replaced with a more modern metal roof and several walls where re pointed. Also a new drain was installed to help with rain water drainage and concreted in. The work was done to a high standard and in good time. Time keeping was good and can not fault them on turning up on time. I was also impressed with how tidy they kept the place after they had finished each day and when the job was done. I would highly recommended Patrick as from start to finish he was polite, very professional and did a very good job.
