Had a very positive engagement with Klodian, he was the first to respond, got to the site and provided a quote within the same day. His quote was the most competitive and he attended to the repair the next day. His work was very complete, neat and went the extra mile and fixed a few other things that were not on the quote. All in all a very good experience and would not hesitate to recommend FPM.

Henry was the only LOCAL tradesperson to respond and therefor the only person asked to quote. He required us to provide the door and door furniture which might be an issue for some. Would have preferred to wait and have the job completed in one sitting rather than fitted in between other jobs. Henry would do well to use some form of professional dust sheet to protect carpeting whilst working! Cost was as projected. The new door looks good and does the job intended.

In most respects the work was done very well. Dannun arrived on time, discussed my requirements and took care to do the window replacement accordingly. He made small adjustments as necessary in the course of the work and cleared up thoroughly afterwards. The finished job looks good. He had to return to fit a bolt which we decided was needed. At the same time, he was going to remove glue which he had spilled on a polycarbonate glazing pane and apply frame sealant. However, he did not bring turpentine for the glue, nor sealant and gun, relying on me to have them. I did not, so he has to return again. To summarise-very good workmanship, apart from the spilled glue. Good timekeeping. Organisation could be better--ie: thinking ahead about everything that might be needed.

The job was the build a Dunster house kit garden office with a foundation and electronic supply from the house. Craig and his mate worked long hours to complete the work. They were very careful to make sure they maintained a good quality finish. They completed the work within the deadline and were very reasonable on price. They also arranged a certified part P electrian to complete the electrical work and he submitted the relevant documents to the council. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we are planning to use them again on other projects

I cannot recommend DBX enough. Dan and his team (builder, carpenter, plumber, plasterer and painter) dealt with my problem from day 1 with Dan coming round to assess and quote for the job. The price was spot on to the evaluation of my insurance assessment which assured me that I could trust Dan. Once a date was agreed for the start of the project Dan and his team work professionally each day. They arrive when they said they would and were courteous to me and my family. At the end of each day they would tidy up leaving no mess. As always a project does not go to plan. I amended what I wanted half way through and Dan and his team where more than happy to help and were not put out. Job was finished on time and Dan who was available each to talk to even came round to make sure the job was completed to his professional standard and our expectations. I will definitely be using DBX again. If are in need of his services don’t waste time call them!
