I have extensive experience manufacturing and restoring Sash and Casement windows - from refurbishment and restorations to full double glazing upgrades. I am happy to accommodate and advise on suitable and appropriate approaches. I also have experience working contractually for Historic Scotland, specifically in the restoration of Duart Castle, Isle of Mull. In particular the restoration of timber casement windows, internal wooden structures as well as furniture and fixtures within the castle. I work on site as well as having a workshop facitlity based in Balerno, where I can manufacture timber components for windows ans doors as well as repair, and restore furniture. I can fully recommend Bartek. He did an excellent job tiling my bathroom. The job entailed laying patterned tiles on the floor, tiling the shower area and putting up large tiled wall panels. He was very knowledgeable about the requirements of the job, giving good advice and offering solutions. He is a really hard worker and finished the job in a very quick timescale. I am really pleased with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to use Bartek again.

David came to initially measure up my double wardrobe for refurbishment, and we discussed what would be best to improve it. He submitted a very reasonable quotation and we then arranged for a later date and time for the work to be completed. He arrived promptly (along with his work colleague) and proceeded to do the job thoroughly and efficiently, doing an excellent overall job, ultimately improving the look of the wardrobe. He also cleaned up afterwards, and in conclusion, I was entirely satisfied with the professional skill that David and his colleague provided with the job that I originally requested. I recommend him wholeheartedly for any future joinery work.

Extremely pleased! Jordan called back within an hour of posting and arranged to come out and estimate the job the same day. He messaged a quote the following day (very reasonable cost) which I accepted and he and his brother arrived first thing this morning and completed the job about 4 hours later. They were both very polite, laid down floor covering from the door to the job site and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleasant to deal with. Overall a very neat job. A job I have been trying to get done, on and off, for the last two years. Would not hesitate to use them again, in fact they are now quoting for another small job.

Ibrahim is unusual as Joiners go on MyBuilder, in so far as the attention to detail he gives to his work. He is very informative, had excellent communication with me about the job and worked very late to finish the job to enable me to reopen my business. Ibrahim is a gentleman, very polite and cares deeply about his clients. He tries his upmost to satisfy their job requirements. I have never hired anyone on mybuilder who is so diligent. He takes his time to get things right and offers good ideas and advice to keep costs down. I really appreciate having him do work for me because I can trust that it will be done as well as possible. I have had Ibrahim do quite a few jobs for me including laminate flooring which he made a beautiful job of. He takes his time to ensure the job is done to the highest standard.
