Very disappointing experience. The work in my apartment was not completed properly and several issues were left unfinished. Communication became poor once payment had been made, and I was left having to sort things out myself. I would not use this company again and would advise others to proceed with caution before hiring them.

Bogdan was efficient and professional. He did the few jobs that needed doing straight away and for a very competitive price. He was flexible around when I could be at home and kept me updated with when and what he was planning to do and took away all the rubbish and tidied after himself once the jobs were done. Everything was completed in the time he had set and to a good level.

Mark came to fix 2 door handles that we're faulty on some internal doors. He was very flexible and always willing to work around my schedule even if it inconvenienced him. Although the job was more tricky than he first thought, mark showed excellent perseverance and demonstrated his great problem solving ability. I Will always use mark from now on. Very reliable and didn't break the bank! 10/10

When presented with challenges- Ivan handled them with a calm manner . No request was too much for him. Miguel did a great job at a good price and was extremely helpful, both with very useful advice – which we followed – and by picking up for us material we had ordered that we would otherwise have hired a van to fetch. The jobs he did for us, including flooring and fitting a new window, were perfect and quickly done. He cleaned up so well that after he had gone only a transformed kitchen and shower room showed he had been there.

So happy with the result. Tom was incredibly helpful and did a great job cleaning and boarding our loft. It was a messy job (loft looked like it had been gathering dust for 50+ years) but he kept the dirt contained throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a builder or carpenter.
