After meeting several joiners for a full re-flooring job in my flat, I chose Fraser for his straightforward approach to business: he explained with competence what needed to be done, produced a clear quote and a detailed schedule of the work. Fraser carried out the job within the schedule and the final result has been remarkable. I praised Fraser for his attention to details and for his flexibility in accommodating extra work whilst the re-flooring job was in progress. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Not only did Eddie arrive on time, he was a lovely man, polite and clear communication throughout. Its so obvious he takes a lot of pride in his work. Eventhough there were underlying issues with the complexity of the job, Eddie walked us through his plan and did the work to a high standard. The price was very reasonable also. Mark was unable to do this whilst we were still in the property due to the door going out of stock when waiting for it to be delivered so passed details onto landlord for him to complete the job. Not sure on the outcome but he did communicate effectively with us throughout this.

Very good experience. The guys explained, in advance, what they would do clearly, they did it efficiently with a smile on their faces and the job was well done. Being a DIY guy I often like to stick my nose in and see what's going on. That didn't bother them and they were happy to explain what they were doing. They cleared up well after themselves. A fair price. What more could you ask for?

Ibrahim is unusual as Joiners go on MyBuilder, in so far as the attention to detail he gives to his work. He is very informative, had excellent communication with me about the job and worked very late to finish the job to enable me to reopen my business. Ibrahim is a gentleman, very polite and cares deeply about his clients. He tries his upmost to satisfy their job requirements. I have never hired anyone on mybuilder who is so diligent. He takes his time to get things right and offers good ideas and advice to keep costs down. I really appreciate having him do work for me because I can trust that it will be done as well as possible. I have had Ibrahim do quite a few jobs for me including laminate flooring which he made a beautiful job of. He takes his time to ensure the job is done to the highest standard.
