At the start I found vasil friendly knowledgable and keen to get the job. He Quoted the whole job would take 4 days fand was the cheapest quote received but didn't finish on fourth day as expected. Stated he will be back on Wednesday but failed turn up and said later on he had To go work and would be over Saturday. Turned up Saturday with friend to complete the job. When he said he had finished I Went over the job and pointed out errors such as door hinges missing screws which he responded screws are rubbish instead of asking for new screws he was happy leaving a number of doors hanging with 1 screw on each hinge. Three of the six door stoppers were not pinned in level so the door either kicked out at the bottom of forward. Instead of just doing the adjustments he decided to argue saying I was looking for an excuse not To pay him. Refused leave my house until I paid him and was shouting so I called the police and he left prior to them arriving. Prior to starting He had never mentioned he wanted payment on daily rate until he finished first day work which I didn't like but agreed as his work was good. In summary His work is very good and I would prefer him to have completed the work and do adjustments but he attitude of someone making errors to avoid being paid is wrong. Made a little mess but cleaned up most of it. Would say use him if you can agree with payment terms and snagging on a daily basis.

Lukas did the tiling in my living room and I am very pleased with the outcome. He was very helpful throughout, helped me get the materials, and explained me all the issues and options in detail. He filled the gaps on the floor making sure there are no uneven surfaces - sth completely ignored by the previous tiler I worked with. He is very professional, knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. He left the place in such a clean condition. I am so glad I worked with him and would recommend him to anyone without any reservations.

I am a very patient person and like to do all my jobs to a very good standard and leave everything nice and clean! I can carry out pretty much all the handy man work in a household I have good knowledge about electrical and electronic as i have a degree and also worked for 7 years as a electrician mate and 4 YEARS installing CCTV and software for these! He had all the right tools for the job (carpentry), was professional, punctual, polite and did a great job fitting our skirting and picture rail. Ground floor rear extension and Loft conversion. First and Second fix works including drainage, structural (block work, wood work and steel work) electrical, plumbing, plastering and tiling. All works completed to a very high standard, we found Arnolda's and his team very helpful, thoughtful and pro-active nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him, we are more than happy with AnA's Construction Developments.
