Briefly spoke to Orestas on the phone to arrange for him to come and inspect the issue. He was available the same day so came and confirmed that the floorboard was broken. He gave a fair price and agreed to compete the works on the above date. I arrived on the date in good time, showed me the issue once he exposed the floorboard and swiftly repaired it. Upon completing the job, he showed me and the quality of the work was good. Overall, I was very happy with Orestas and the work he had completed

John responded to the as quickly, liaised a time directly with my tenant and completed the job the same day, making two trips to buy the required materials, all of which was excellent service. He requested payment before finishing, asked to send an invoice at a later date and, after a misunderstanding, the tenant did the cleaning up.
