I brought a 4 bed semi detatched house, i wasnt happy with the layout, Matt took out a wall upstairs and fitted a stud wall to expand my bathroom, he also layed new floor boards. Downstairs i had a horrible brick arch, Matt knocked it down, fitted a steal beam to support the ceiling and then a new wall with double doors. I brought a second hand kitchen which Matt reworked into the space i had available. Throughout i had new doors, skirting, architraves and new stairs. Matt is honest, reliable and very well priced. The quality of work is fantastic and i would recommend him going forward.
