*Update: At first we thought it was good until the tiles started to lift and fall apart. Soon realised that the floor hadn't been levelled properly! * Very pleased with our new floor. Rob came round to measure the kitchen floor and gave very knowledgeable information and advice regarding different types of flooring. Both Rob and Debbie (who we saw at the shop) were very helpful with sourcing the flooring and organising the fitting date. The fitters Richard and Chris were very competent and friendly guys who worked efficiently and had the floor levelled and rigid vinyl tiles fitted in 2 hours. All in all a very positive experience from start to finish. Would certainly recommend. The floor is totally transformed. Many thanks to everyone

Steve was a pleasure to have around even though he is a Chelsea fan! He made the first appointment dead on time, made the effort to listen to what we wanted (even though we was not 100% sure) and even came up with some ideas himself. The three days he was with us, he was punctual, careful to clean up every night and left us with something even better than we hoped for. Cannot recommend him enough. Finally but I suppose important he gave a fair quote and stuck to it even though he did a couple of extra's for us.

Since returning to Norfolk my business has grown rapidly based on a well earned reputation for the highest level of finish and the most articulate, sensitive service possible. We are often involved in the design aspect of jobs, through planning and of course execution. The work we do tends to be medium to large contracts and includes restoration, refurbishments and extensions, we specialise in timber framed buildings.

James and his team did a fantastic job of gutting and extending my kitchen which included amongst other things removing numerous internal walls and installing a set of french doors on the back wall. They also converted the under stairs cupboard into a downstairs loo and installed a new floor in the dining room along with a set of French doors in their too. We met on a number of occasions beforehand to discuss my ideas and to get his thoughts too before the work started and he was very patient and helpful throughout. I am so pleased with the finished result and the kitchen fitter we used also noted how good their attention to detail was which subsequently made his job a lot easier. James's prices were very reasonable compared to the other quotes I got and he regularly kept me updated with the progress of the build which went very well and did not hit any serious snags. I can't recommend him and his team highly enough thank you so much.
