Richard did a great job for us. He was friendly, completed the job to good standard and he charged us a really reasonable price. He also gave us some great advice about further things we could do to stop our bathroom being further affected by water damage. We were really impressed and are looking to use his services again. Girogi accepted the job very fast. He came also came next today to give a quote. Once quote was sent to me, I got back to him due course and agreed with the quote and a pending start date, however when I asked general question about what paint will be used or handles provided he started getting irritated and stated handles I need to supply which I found it strange, his reasons were customers choose their own. I stipulated that’s fine you can choose for me and I will cover the cost. The following day he was meant to start the job, he then send me an whatsap message to say he won’t take the job as his busy? This left me confused and baffled that he let me down last min. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost.

Nori fitted several doors and a kitchen for us. We are happy with the work that was carried out. Everything was fitted to a great standard. He was reliable, easy to deal with, and kept things clean and tidy while working. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I hired this team for a small under-stair kitchenette: plumbing, tiling, reinstallation, and painting of walls and woodwork — all clearly listed in the job spec and discussed before work began. Positives: Neat plumbing and tidy pipework, Kitchen reinstalled well, Site left clean, Issues: Day 1: Due 7:30am, arrived 8:20am, left 12:30pm, Day 2: Due 8am, arrived 8:45am, tried to leave at 2pm saying the job was complete — despite woodwork still unpainted. Painting was denied despite being in scope, and done with no prep when raised. Tiling started from the bottom, leaving a visible untiled gap at the top, for £700, the actual time spent was around a day — and the finish didn’t reflect true expertise. The guys were pleasant enough, but due to the pushback on agreed work and poor finish, I wouldn’t hire them again.

We hired Inside/Outside to re-do our bathroom. New sink, bath, toilet, tiles, lower ceiling, re-hang the door and move the radiator. They were polite, honest, professional and very hard working. When they came round to quote they were noticeably more thorough and showed more attention to detail than others. Their quotes were very competitive, their work was good and they removed all the rubbish as well. They also came back afterwards to check everything was working and to deal with a couple of 'snags'. We will be using them again.

I needed 4 doors to be fitted alongside making 3 new frames from scratch - Dilbag accurately built in all the frames and then perfectly integrated each door with locks, handles and hinges.
