Gavril and his colleague Nick were great. Very friendly, got the job done quickly and neatly and tidied up after themselves. My new stairs look great and I think they were good value for money. Gavril was always quick to respond and good at communicating. I’d hire him again!

The cladding was due to start yesterday, Monday 6th of September. In the weekend, I was told they would come do a site visit on Monday instead of starting the job. They came on site yesterday morning and nothing was said about any issues. They said they would start the next day, Tuesday. I got a call at the end of the afternoon (around 5 pm) yesterday to be told suddenly that there are many problems; not levelled portions of frame (which can be easily rectified), no toilet on site (which they knew about - they knew also that the public toilet is only 50 m away), access problems which they also knew about ect... Suddenly a multitude of problems arised! They wanted more money. It is very obvious that they found another job somewhere. I would classify this sort of behaviour simply as not honest. Also expensive- I was quoted £4000 to clad a tiny first-floor(38 m2) . The overall cladding would be 75 m2 in total. Disappointing.

Taras came to my home, looked and measured the door. We agreed a price and he went on to purchase the door, he checked with me if i was happy with the door he had found. He did not ask for money up front, but bought the door himself as per our agreement. Taras did a fantastic job fitting the door plus other accessories. He did this in a very professional, confident and skilled way. He is friendly, softly spoken, very respectful and sincere. He did not waste time when completing the task at hand. Iam very happy with the work he did and ended up asking him to do 3 other small jobs in the house to do with doors. He is very skilled at what he does. Iam happy to recommend him to my friends and family. Good job well done
