By boiler broke down on the coldest night of this year, Alex was the first to reply to my post. I hired Alex and his team having seen the good reviews he has on this website, and I am so glad that I did. He came to my property to check my boiler the following Friday evening at 8.30 pm as we agreed, even he had long hard day at work, this shows they are hard working people, and really want to take on the job. My impression of Alex and his work colleague is very good. They are very friendly, polite and they kept me well informed each step of the way. I am really impressed by their reliability and professionalism. Alex explained the problem with my boiler, and the cost of replacing my old boiler with a new one. He was able to give me a choice of two boilers and their cost of installation the next day. I thought he gave me a fair going rate for the boiler and the job. Even better, Alex actually was able to come to install the new boiler for me the next day on Saturday afternoon. Alex and his team completed the work in 4 hours, it was carried out to a very high standard, and they were not rushing the work at all which was good. Also, Alex and his team took great care in protecting my flooring and kitchen work surface, and left no mess after the job was complete. I am more than happy with the new boiler, and would definitely use Alex again. I would highly recommend Alex and his team to anyone. They are skilled reliable engineers, and the service they provide is truly first class.
