Adam and his team did a brilliant job! My flat was in very bad condition. They gutted the whole flat and refurbished everything to a very high standard. Work performed included, new boiler and radiators installation, complete refit of bathroom and kitchen including all tiling, plumbing and electrics, new spotlights and wooden flooring throughout, new doors and skirting boards and all painting and decorating. They also arranged for all skips and rubbish clearance. I simply left the keys with Adam and he performed all work with minimum guidance. I would touch base a couple of times every week or when things needed to be discussed. He was happy to purchase most materials and provide receipts. I would highly recommend Adam and will definitely use him again for future work.

Tosum knows so much about every aspect of building it has been very helpful to get advice on what was needed & more. I am very pleased w the work done - particularly the laying of an eng. hardwood floor. Also, requesting extra tasks - I added radiator removal - was accommodated well. Everything was well organised and work done to a high standard.

Mario was an absolute gem from start to finish. After a leak left our only bathroom out of action Mario came in and managed the full project to perfection (and also had a great tiler and electrician who did some other works). Six months on and I cannot fault any of the works. Highly recommended.
