Very pleased with the work that Enkelian and Alekos provided. They’ve removed the existing carpet in my bedroom added laminate flooring. I could not be happier and impressed that they finished so quickly. My friends and family are very impressed too. They left things very tidy and are well organised and went the extra mile. I hired him to do Skirting boards which he completed fine, but he messed up the cupboard work and blamed me for the hinges. If he doesn’t have the idea to do something, then he will simply say I can’t do this as it’s not possible and it won’t work. Later I hired another carpenter to fix his issues and everything he said not possible, so double the cost for me in the end. I wouldn’t hire him again and hence 2 stars.

Hi, I’m quite confused about what happened today. I contacted Charlie before the agreed 10:30 appointment to explain that I was at the clinic with my baby for an emergency, and he said he would be available after 11 anyway and were happy to wait. Once I realised he had messaged me, I contacted him and told him to go to the property, where someone was there and the materials were ready in the passage, so he could start the work. When I arrived, he had left and I have been unable to reach him. I had cancelled the other carpenters who were available because I had agreed the job with him, so this has left me in a difficult position with him ignoring my messages and calls

Bill was delayed a couple of days due to van breaking down which is understandable. He kept me updated throughout. Bill hung two fire doors for me, however not completely happy with one being unevenly cut at the bottom and the door frame has been left looking tacky.
