Robert made contact after our initial search, in fact he was the ONLY who responded of the 6 plumbers we contacted. No-one else even wrote to say they couldn't do it. We set a time and day for him to come. He was on time and did the job well. He was tidy and organised. He suggested how to maintain our gas hob to avoid the issue again for what we called him out for. We asked him advice about plumbing and he helped us understand.He was informative, polite and respectful. Well done Robert!!

Richard did quite extensive refurbishment in record time, including two showers and new wooden floors and he is super reliable, very skilled and efficient, thinks ahead and works really hard, I am very pleased we hired him. We then commissioned him to build a garden office which is great, built to schedule and budget, bespoke and really lovely. Have recommended him widely and will continue to call him when we need work doing.

He was thorough beyond expectation, even conducting comprehensive drain inspections before installing the WC that went well beyond standard practice. His crew share the same high standards and are genuinely personable professionals you can trust. The finished structure is beautiful—bright, well-ventilated, and perfectly climate-controlled.
