My journey went like this on my builder. 1st decorator booked to assess the work and didn't show up with no explanation given. The 2nd decorator arrived on time to assess the work and left me feeling doubtful so I declined. The 3rd decorator named Gary arrived on time. Was very attentive and informative around the work what had to be done, touching the walls and ceiling whilst assessing. I was confident that decorator no.3 "Gary" was the person for the job. The morning for the work to start Gary arrived promptly and rearing to go. The work was carried out professionally and Gary took pride in his work and enjoyed admiring his work of art more so pleasing the customer. The work was completed in the time frame Gary set. The walls, skirting, door frame, windowsill and radiators all have the look I envisioned. Gary employed a act of effciency, respect and transparency. I reccommend Gary 100%. Tip Gary cleans up nicely when the work is done.

We recently have been in touch with Zak as we had a leak coming from a cracked tile on our roof. Zak was professional from start to finish. Very helpful, honest and thorough and when he and Ryan attended to carry out the work they were efficient, did a good job and followed up with us after and even went out of their way to inspect our whole roof to make sure no nasty surprises were lurking! Would highly recommend.

Great job all round. Boarding, insulation, shelving and electrical works all completed to a high standard. George was professional and the loft is now fully usable. Communication could have been slightly better between the boarding and electrical stages, but nothing major. Would recommend.

Darren completed and arranged for our shower & sink area to be enclosed (to form an en-suite) with electrics for a toilet to be fitted. The job required a carpenter, plasterer, electrician and painter. Darren arranged everything over a period of 2 days from start to finish. Not only was the finished job excellent, they all worked professionally and left everything tidy. Fair price, punctual and extremely good communication. Would recommend Darren without hesitation! Hey, The pair is lovely. However, they are extremely unorganised with excuses upon excuses to not do the job. The job was to change the bath and they removed the board of the bath and never came back?!?! after problems with my watermains. Now I have a bath with no board attracting insects and a non working watermains. Very annoying and a huge inconvenience to my life and family.
