We hired Rafal to paint our front door on 27th Oct and to fit a new gasket and lock. He came with a friend and after they finished the work we were told not to close the door for another 2hours until the paint was dry. After 2hrs, I tried to close the door and it wouldn’t close. I contacted him to let him know that the door wouldn’t close, that something was getting in the way and it wasn’t good for our safety and it was absolutely freezing. He wasn’t answering the messages and when he eventually answered he said he’ll pop back the next day between 4-5pm. That meant we had to wait 24hrs with the front door open and with a 7month baby for them to come back to fix the issue. I messaged the guy the next day to see if he was coming and what time. I didn’t receive any calls or messages back, he simply ignored all my messages and calls. Please don’t hire these guys, very unprofessional, left us in a very bad state where we had a working door before and now a door which doesn’t close.
