Ken came to have a look at the door and agreed to install it on the Saturday morning. He arrived as stated and proceeded with the work in a highly professional manner. Given that the frame was a kit (as opposed to pre-assembled), this was not straightforward. The end result is a new back door that we are very happy with, installed by someone who takes a pride in his work and who I would unreservedly recommend to anyone.
