He carried out the job to the highest standard and was able to find solutions and solve problems as he went along. Marcelo was very responsive and accommodating, he is polite and reliable. I appreciate every interaction with prior to delivering the work. When it comes to a to the actual doing the job, I feel that he rushed it. We have 5 doors in total and he did it in one day. This came with a lot of major issues that now I need to deal with. 1/ The door handles are not at the same height. If you are someone like us who like the symmetry this will cause you nightmares. 2/ Large gaps between the door and the frame ( think he shaved a bit too much the door) 3/ Overall finish is a mess, I ll put some pictures for details. Also he left my XL painting sheet outside and it was soaking wet dirty We are also experienced DIYers, I think we could have done a better job if we weren’t being too lazy. The annoying thing is that in order to correct the above mistakes, we would need to order new doors and at least one frame. I’ll have to live with this for now but definitely something to redo in the future.
