This is the second time I have hired Lucian and his team's services. Once again they delivered beyond expectation. They arrived on site on time/early each day. They were clean and tidy. Their eye for detail and precision was immaculate. I am really happy with the finished job. They have helped add character to my home. There were a couple of minor issues identified after the work was completed. However, Lucian responded promptly and made arrangements to come and visit the property within the next few days. Mick was great! Super friendly and went above and beyond to get the job done. He was very adaptable to any changes we made along the way and was pragmatic in his approach. He built 2 bathrooms, an extra room and did all of the relevant plumbing in 2 weeks and was always sure to stay as long as he needed to to get the job done. He even came back a few weeks later to install a sink which was delivered late. He was always open to suggest changes to make things work better. We would recommend Mick for building work. Thank you!

He really took the time to make several recommendations and so I decided to go ahead with him to design my kitchen fully and fit it. Shiv builders did the tiling for my bathroom. The quote was easy and done via a WhatsApp video. Price was reasonable. The job turned out to be more challenging than we first thought with uneven walls and floorboards were quite worn however they found solutions easily. The team arrived on time and did an excellent job. Always left the place tidy and very polite and professional. I then had a few additional jobs round the house such as changing door handles and fitting light pendants which they happily accommodated and again did a good job. Will definitely be using them for future work.
