We have agreed the price and time. Job shouldn’t be taking more then 7,8 days. First day was a bit unlucky due too water pipe joint broke and caused a leak(hallway ceiling damage and needs plaster, paint. Somebody with 30 years experience should switch water supply off though. After that experience I was a bit worried but accidents happened and anybody need a second chance so work was carried on still. Bathtub fitted, wall tiling done, radiator fitted.i was thinking lovely. Do like it. Still few more things to finish our project. Wall shelves were next to do. Tilling over it done. he went home 4 pm. Bathtub was a bit dusty so I’ve done a bit of cleaning. What I have found out shock me a bit. Silicone over on 4 different places so I have removed it and found out scratches on bathtub. Could believe why my builder put silicone over Scratches. Phone him straight away to understand why he did it. What I heard back was shocking. his explanation was even more shocking because apparently he was trying to help me out. He was saying in the morning when he start working scratches were already there. Off Saturday so I was at home. Clearly if you are builder and found out something dodgy you should let customer know straight away to avoid arguing I think. he try to blame me for damaging my bathtub. Doesn’t want to replace damaging goods so I have to terminate our job. Would highly not recommend him at any cost. really not happy. Had to hire another builder to carry on my project.

Job completed as promised and communicated well. I was hoping they would fix the skirting quickly but they communicate the reason for this. Overall a fair price for rehanging and recessing a number of doors fitted incorrectly and adjusted front door with new cylinder lock

Edwart is not only highly professional, he is also multi-skilled and prepared to go the extra mile. He fitted an oak front door into a hardwood frame for us and made an excellent job of it. He is a carpenter, but also has expertise with electrics - he fitted outside lights and installed new kitchen dimmer switches as well. I was impressed by the way he was prepared to give up his time until all of the niggling issues were sorted out; he has something of the perfectionist about him. He therefore comes thoroughly recommended.
