I’ve been working in the construction industry in various trades for over ten years, the last seven have been specifically first fix carpentry site work. So replacing ceilings/damaged joists, erecting stud walls, replacing skirting and doors are all skills that would be easily transferable from a new build to an existing property. I also lay flooring, board out lofts and erect garden fencing as extra work to my site work
