TCB took on a large extension / remodelling for me, starting in autumn and going through the winter. Despite the bad time of year, the project was completed on time, in budget and with a high-quality finish (plenty of neighbours have commented on the quality, speed and friendliness of the team). Trustworthy, very accommodating when things didn’t go to plan and kept me updated with progress while I was working away. Would want to use again and can highly recommend.

I hired Fotios to change my wooden exit door as well as the frame. He suggested we can keep the original door and the frame as they were good quality, this way we could save money, in fact he did and now as if I have a brand-new door and a frame. He was very efficient and personally very friendly, caring with positive attitude, he takes pride to what he does. I am in talk with him for further job.

Isaac arrived on time to check the work required and went to get the necessary parts to make some minor plumbing repairs. The work was tidy and done to our satisafaction and Isaac clearly explained what the problem was and what needed doing. Definitely would not hesistate to recommend for plumbing work or more major building/contracting work in the Essex area. (See his website!) Also asked him to quote for another larger carpentry job following this work.

Job completed exactly as agreed and the result was really good. I honestly can’t recommend Dave enough and would definitely use his services again. 👌 Dave was very quick to get in touch and come round to review what we wanted done with our patio. His quote was fair and realistic, and it stayed the same throughout the job with no surprises. Very friendly and easy to deal with throughout. I would highly recommend Heygate Services for any landscaping work.
