Andrew gave us a very acceptable quote to hang 2 glazed doors to create double doors. He was very professional and really knew what he was doing. He replaced doors which had previously been hung badly by a carpenter who really wasn’t capable. Andrew left us with a brilliant first class job. Very happy and will definitely be using him again, and would recommend him to anyone as nothing was too much trouble for him. Definitely takes pride in his work.

Dane is an experienced carpenter who is very professional when he's doing his job. We had two bespoke prefinished doors made for our lounge and kitchen which we thought would be an easy and straightforward job of just hanging the doors. Unknown to us our door frames were not straight or level which made the job of hanging the doors extremely difficult. Dane explained the difficulties of hanging the doors to me. He couldn't use a saw so he had to plane the doors to get them to fit. He took the stress of a difficult job out of my hands and got on with the job with the care and attention to detail that I would expect from a professional. I would highly recommend Dane for any carpentry job he's very professional detail orientated and gets on with the job and his quote is very reasonable. If I have any carpentry, joinery jobs Dane would be first on my list wether he would want to come after the difficult job he did for us is another matter. Top bloke

Be cautious when doing business with this company. Despite having a written agreement, they kept requesting more money than agreed, after the job had already started. While the quality of the work is good, the handling of the agreement was unprofessional.

Professional, yet friendly service was very efficient in hanging and removing the doors. Despite the difficulties of hanging a new door to an old frame, the fitting was tailor made, very happy. I would recommend smart builders for anyone else in need of this service.
