Loft Conversion- 30 Aug 2015
The job was split into separate parts for ease and Michael/MME took on the loft conversion piece. The conversion itself wasn't so straightforward as he was working with a previously created loft space with no building control sign off. Michael was great at every stage though, and work progressed very quickly. Attention to detail was fantastic - Michael identified ways to maximise space when quoting, and minor changes requested by me throughout the job were dealt with very efficiently. He even helped out here and there with some unrelated jobs going on in other areas of the property. I had a very specific design for the en-suite and Michael was very keen to make sure it was all done correctly. The property now has a fantastic loft space, additional bathroom, and most importantly is building control legal! I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael/MME to anyone else thinking of a loft conversion. It's very difficult picking a building company, but I felt I could trust Michael with the job from initial quote to final payment.

This was the worst experience of my life, this man is a nightmare so PLEASE do never allow this person to enter your house!!! They do not speak English (maybe some of them are illegal here), which made things much more complicated for me... the promise was to finish the work in 2 weeks and after 7 weeks they started asking for more money without finishing the work... I refused to pay all he was asking for and Youcef was insulting (calling the worst names someone can imagine) and threatening me inside my property... saying that he wouldn't give me my keys back if didn't pay him around £4,300 for things that I didn't even know he was charging me for... saying that he would break things in my place etc... so I had to call the police and they kicked him out. Before living, Youcef ON PURPOSE damaged my property everywhere he could..., cutting cables to leave me without electricity, damaging the floor heater in the kitchen, the light panel in the living room, etc... I reported him to the police! Please do not trust these people.
