Patrick has been a saviour and a star for us. After building a new kitchen extension we had been left with a slew of jobs by our former building contractor. Patrick has put up floating shelves, fixed a shower screen, solved some damp issues, several other small tasks and also did a beautiful and caring job laying our engineered wood floor. All to a high standard of finish and after either coming round or carefully consulting with us over what we needed and how we would approach it. After a very rocky ride with our main building contractors Patrick's caring attitude has been a huge relief and we fully recommend him.

Absolutely fantastic service. We had a period door that needing hanging (into a non straight frame!) and new door stop putting into the frame. He showed real attention to detail to get things mm perfect. Definitely higher skilled than your average 'handyman', certainly demonstrated carpenter level skill for our job. Real attention to detail, super pleasant and thoroughly professional. Would highly recommend and will be using again.

He also fitted my sliding wardrobes from scratch - cut all the MDF for the shelfs, doors and walls. Plamen is very reliable, professional, tidy, precise and has an eye for detail. I highly recommend this company of Felix and his colleagues. They did a very professional job of painting my dark stained wooden stairs. Painted the stringers, risers and fascia up the stairs and on the 1st floor gallery. It has been updated to white satin, and we left the treads in dark mahogany. They work quickly, very efficient in carrying out the task, with no fuss. All surfaces that could be affected by paint splashes were protected with quality splash sheets and masking tape. At the end of the day they tidied everything away neatly. When they completed the job they left the hall and stairs pristine. Good job done, Felix, thank you!

Rich and the team have done a fantastic job completing my kitchen and hallway renovation. His team guided me the whole process and were great communicators. No problem was too big or small to handle. There were some issues through the job (due to the initial poor design of the kitchen when it was first built) but the team were quick to resolve this professionally. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Lux Contracts. Next year, I will be booking them for the rest of the flat! So happy with the result. Tom was incredibly helpful and did a great job cleaning and boarding our loft. It was a messy job (loft looked like it had been gathering dust for 50+ years) but he kept the dirt contained throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a builder or carpenter.

We live in a converted ground floor Victorian flat with limited space. In order to maximise space and storage we needed built-in cupboards and bookshelves in the alcoves either side of the living room fireplace as well as a built in wardrobe and window seat either side of a chimney breast in the bedroom. Declan did an initial survey and suggested some great ideas for additional shelving and was very happy to listen to our ideas and suggested the best way to implement them. The team arrived bang on time to start the job on the agreed date and delivered the entire project in 5 days thanks to their very efficient method of cutting most pieces off site. The team were really friendly, trustworthy and knowledgable, and the quality of work and finish was exceptional. We were so happy with the initial work we asked Declan to fit new skirting board throughout the flat which he completed to the same high standard. I would highly recommend Declan and his team, and will look to use them again for future jobs.
