Gengi did a great job on the new extension roof. The timberwork was completed to the highest standard and worked with the building inspector's expectations. He was knowledgeable and talked me through the various options and the pros and cons of each. He was on time, professional, hard-working, and exacting. I'm really pleased with the final result. Although it was a small job, Aiden fitted us in very quickly indeed and arrived precisely when he said he would. He performed the job quickly and cleanly and was extremely good to deal with and his costs were very reasonable. I would highly recommend hiring Grant for building and carpentry work. He was able to provide a competitive quote for the work compared to other tradesmen and provided a quick response to my queries. Very prompt and efficient and able to fit the job in at short notice, providing a good quality service. The majority of the work was completed in 1 day, causing minimum disruption. I will definitely bear Grant in mind for any future building works that need completing in my home.

I received an immediate response from Alex who was polite and professional. A date and time was set and Jim was sent to complete the work over 2 days. The work was carried out to a high standard and my home was treated with respect. When the work was completed Jim cleaned up and left everything as he found it. He was punctual, curteous and carried out the work to a high standard. I will use AC Installations again and recommend them.

Tradesman booked another job due to a misunderstanding and then failed to confirm when he suggested an alternative date. Went AWOL and didn't reply to text. Unreliable and not great at communication. Do not recommend. Used someone else to do the job.

Chris came promptly and looked at the job and gave price for work to be done. Made several great recommendations which really showed he understood the job and the best way to tackle it. The work was carried out during our shop opening hours but again Chris went out of his way to ensure that we were able to continue operating, working around us as opposed to us working around him. All the work was finished to an excellent standard. He even did a couple of extra little jobs as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris, great carpenter and top bloke. Thanks so much
