David's work was excellent. He fully grasped the brief I set him and set about it with an eye for detail and the highest standards in his work. From plumbing to electrics to joinery to plastering, he did the lot. He was keen to keep me updated at the end of each day with progress made and the next steps. He worked cleanly and uncomplaingingly, completing the job to an excellent standard and I am delighted with his work.

I can not give quotes or costs without looking first , I will not under any circumstances give a quote on the phone , for a quote to be generated I need to look or investigate what the job requires, I'm not psychic ...... General property maintenance.. small to medium jobs, bespoke gates ,, widow replacement, door hanging, skirting and architraves , flooring... small plastering jobs, painting and decorating & paint spraying. small garden maintenance work but no rubbish removal if you have a green bin or I can fill it or bag it up. I have no permit to take the waste to the tip. semi retired but I still like to keep my hand in.. . (Sorry No out of town landlords or letting agencies) insurance quotes there is a fee of £25. ,

I agreed with Bill to do the job. It was to be done this morning, Monday 4th March 24. Yesterday I prepared the kitchen (where the job was to be done) and had everything all ready for the work to start. Bill turned up half an hour late - had another look at the work (we'd discussed it at length when he initially came to check it out) and said, oh, you'd better get another opinion on it. And that was that. As you do, I'd arranged my whole day around the work being done - all for nothing. The job not done, and I'm back to square one. Bill's a pleasant enough chap - but for god's sake don't hire him.
