I had engineered oak flooring fitted in my flat in London by avdyl and what can I say! I am delighted with his work and my new floors are beautiful, neat and perfectly fitted, without and wobbles or creeks. Avdyl was professional, and helpful with advice and also arrived on time and left no mess behind. The result he achieved is nothing short of perfection and I consider myself to be a perfectionist and annoyingly pedantic even. I highly recommend this guy and would definitely use again. I needed a carpenter quickly to ease a large wooden garden gate that would not open as it was swollen and to adjust a shed door that had dropped. Also to create two new small doors fitting at the bottom of a BBQ area. Armando replied immediately to my request and indeed came round that night (Friday) to review the job. He gave me a quote and came Sunday to do the job having bought all the materials he needed. It was freezing and he worked solidly for almost 4 and a half hours and did a very good job including painting the new doors and where he had repaired the gate. He came back today to finish the painting. I found Armando to be punctual, polite, courteous and reasonable. His work was good and I have now asked him to do more work for me when the weather is warmer.

We have had an extremely positive experience with Baliabuilders and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. Durim and his team have done a large amount of work for us over the past few months including refitting a kitchen, fitting a utility room, hanging doors, fitting an Amtico flooring throughout our kitchen diner, renovating our old fitted wardrobes, coving, plastering, painting and plumbing. Durim is a highly skilled carpenter and has a real eye for detail. All the work has been completed to a very high standard and we are extremely pleased with the finish. He really has transformed our house. We couldn’t be happier that we found him! Durim was always patient and talked us through any decisions that needed to be made providing different options.
