We aim to see your project through, from planning stage, to a fully completed and signed off loft conversion by a building control agent, including all party wall agreements if required to ensure neighbours are informed and disruption is kept to an absolute minimum. We also give a 10 year guarantee with all our projects and have the appropriate insurance covers for ourselves and all our other tradesmen to complete the build. They repaired almost all the joists upstairs in our 3-bedroom terraced house and worked tirelessly through the hottest days of the year, starting early (8am) and working through to the end of the day (5pm or later). They managed to complete the whole job in about 2 weeks: - new joists through the upstairs (c.80 in total), - new floorboards throughout the whole of upstairs, - removing the bathroom, - repairing all the bathroom plumbing, - putting the bathroom back, - applying some new bathroom fittings (shower riser rail, bath panel etc) - replacing c.35 downlights for the downstairs (taking advantage of the floorboards being up) - and stained and waxed all the floorboards And all of this in 2 weeks! They were also very tidy, and took all the debris away. They also did lots of little touches, like replacing the toilet waste and plughole when they saw they were worn. Excellent guys!
